Thank you for your interest in our 17th Annual Basketball Camp. Come and have fun at New Hope’s 2024 Summer Basketball Camp. We provide a fun, safe environment for boys and girls of all skill levels.

Please download and save the required forms to your computer, If you fill out the form from your browser, there might be issues with the digital signature. Open with Adobe Acrobat to complete and sign the form, and then click “Submit Form” at the top of the document. The camper will not be able to participate without a completed signed form.
Upon receipt of your completed forms, a camp staff will notify you to confirm your registration. Each camper must have a parent/guardian fill out the complete registration form along with the liability waiver forms and the $25 payment (checks payable to New Hope Community Church). Please complete and sign the forms prior to the start of the camp. ALL forms and payment are required before your child is officially registered.
